Hi, I’m Mia. I’ve slept in questionable hostels, taken wrong turns in cities I couldn’t pronounce, missed a train once because I was too busy staring at a view, and somehow, I still come back for more.

Somewhere between the missed trains, the wrong turns, and the meals I probably shouldn’t have eaten, I started paying attention to what actually worked. The neighborhoods worth wandering, the spots everyone hypes up but really aren’t, the small, unglamorous things nobody tells you until you’re standing there, confused, map upside down, wondering how you got here. So I started writing it down, for me, and eventually, for whoever needed it next.

That’s what this blog is. Every guide, every tip, every “trust me on this one,” comes from somewhere I’ve actually been, not a list copied off the internet. My goal isn’t to make travel look perfect, it’s to make your next trip go a little smoother than mine sometimes did.
